Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones
by James Clear
Review
Atomic Habits by James Clear totally lived up to the hype! I loved how it broke down habit formation into manageable, bite-sized pieces. Instead of overwhelming you with a massive life overhaul, Clear gives you this brilliant framework of tiny, 1% improvements that actually snowball into significant change. The idea of focusing on systems instead of goals really clicked for me – it’s less about wishing for a six-pack and more about consistently showing up at the gym. 4/5 stars because while incredibly helpful and practical, a few of the examples felt a tad repetitive. Still, this is a book I'll be referencing for years to come when I want to build better habits or ditch the bad ones.
